Patrons who use Sefton Group facilities are being encouraged to join its free loyalty scheme and take advantage of a host of special offers and prizes.
‘Privilege’ membership encompasses all of the Sefton Group’s hotel and leisure sites and is open to everyone. Launched in May last year, Privilege already has hundreds of members.
Sefton Group Marketing Officer Siân Rose said: ‘We’ve been pleased with the initial response, but we know there are many more customers use our facilities on a regular basis who have yet to take advantage of what’s on offer with Privilege.’
Exclusive offers are made available to members each month together with the option to participate in a regular prize draw, which has so far given away 50 nights at the Best Western Palace Hotel and Casino, and a top prize of a night’s stay in one of the Sefton Suites, which included dinner and a bottle of wine in The Gallery restaurant.
For January 2013, the top prize is two free tickets for The Sefton’s Valentine’s event, ‘A Night to Remember’ with singer Martin Toal, including a four-course meal and an overnight stay, with Martin’s performance viewed from the balcony of your Atrium bedroom, and breakfast the following morning. Other prizes during the month include 10 pairs of tickets for Palace Cinema.
Glen Vine resident Ann Garrett has been a Privilege member since September and was able to take up the offer of one of 50 free rooms given out to Privilege members.
Ann said: ‘My daughter and I really enjoyed our free stay, the room was excellent, as were the meals. We booked to have the carvery on the Friday evening and everything was superb. We will certainly now recommend the Palace Hotel and Privilege membership to our friends and family.’
‘It really couldn’t be easier to register,’ said Siân. ‘The application forms are available at all three of our Group hotels or online at www.seftonhotel.co.im/privilege. The form is quick and simple to fill in and there’s no obligation on members. It’s just our way of thanking our loyal customers for their ongoing support.’
