The Best Western Palace Hotel and Casino and The Sefton Hotel are looking forward to serving up some of the best food and live entertainment this TT.
The Tahiko nightclub will be open every night from 30th May until 7th June, hosting the official Monster Energy party on 4th June from 10.00pm to 3.00am. For the rest of the week, clubbers can enjoy the best chart, dance and RnB music in the Main Room or rock hits in the Red Room. Entry is free before 11.00pm every night, including the Monster Energy Party, and £3 after 11.00pm.
There will be live music on offer in Whispers Bar at the Best Western Palace Hotel and Casino across both weekends of the festival fortnight, from rock ‘n’ roll band Beatless, playing covers of everyone’s favourites from The Beatles, Elvis, Meatloaf and more. You can catch them from midnight to 3.30am between 30th May – 1st June and 5th – 7th June, and entry is free.
The Casino will be open nightly over the TT period from 7.00pm, offering a variety of Vegas style jackpot machines, table games and a through-the-night menu. Membership to the Casino is not required and access is free and instant to over 18s.
The Paragon Restaurant and Bar will provide a ‘TT Special’ carvery to hungry bikers between 30th May – 7th June from 6.00pm to 11.00pm, with three courses costing just £21.95 per person. The Paragon Bar is open daily from 10.00am until 3.30am, and the usual bar menu will also be available between 11.00am and 11.00pm.
If a TT detox is required, the Palace Health Club is the place to go – for just £5, visitors can use of all the facilities, including the gym, swimming pool, showers, steam room, sauna and changing rooms. This offer is available from 24th May to 6th June and the Palace Health Club is open for use between 7.00am and 10.00pm.
Just along the promenade, The Harris Restaurant at The Sefton Hotel, with its fabulous views across Douglas Bay, will serve up a 3-course TT Carvery for just £16.50 per person between 6.00pm and 10.00pm, from the 30th May until the 7th June. For a truly fine dining experience, treat yourself to a meal at the Gallery Restaurant, open Monday to Saturday between 6.00pm and 10.00pm.
Sir Norman’s Bar will also be open daily from 10.00am until late, offering an extensive wine and drinks list throughout the night as well as a mouth-watering menu from midday until 10.30pm.
Adrian Brockhouse, Group Operations Director for the Sefton Group, said: ‘The TT is the busiest time of the year for us, and the most exciting. Our hotels on Douglas Promenade – Best Western Palace Hotel and Casino and The Sefton Hotel – are always popular destinations for visitors and locals, and we always aim to offer a brilliant range of events, including the official Monster Energy Party at Tahiko for 2014.
‘We’re all very much looking forward to welcoming guests, new and old, during this period and wish everyone a happy and safe TT.’
