One lucky couple have won the Sefton Group Privilege Loyalty Scheme prize draw held recently to mark the upcoming 450th anniversary of the birth of William Shakespeare.

The lucky winner was Paul Desmond. Paul and his wife Glenys are the owners of Moore’s Traditional Curers in Peel.

Paul won a bed and breakfast stay at The Sefton Hotel with a bottle of house champagne, a new Illustrated Works of William Shakespeare kindly donated by Lexicon Bookshop and vouchers for the Gaiety Theatre.

Paul said ‘We always enjoy our visits to the Best Western Palace Hotel & Casino, but have never stayed at The Sefton. We’ve always fancied trying The Sefton, and thanks to Privilege, we now can!’

Group Marketing Manager, Nicola Wilkinson explained: ‘Privilege is free to join. There are regular special offers taking place which help promote local businesses. Privilege also does a number of prize draws throughout the year which members are automatically entered into.’

Becoming a Privilege Member is simple – just fill in an application form at the Best Western Palace Hotel & Casino, The Sefton or Sefton Express reception areas or visit to sign up online.
