NEW RELATIONSHIP OFFICER FOR BANK OF IRELAND OFFSHORE
Isle of Man News, 14 January 2010 – Bank of Ireland Offshore is pleased to announce that Mark Patterson has joined the company as a Relationship Officer in the Business Development team. Mark brings considerable business development experience to Bank of Ireland, having previously worked as an outbound sales specialist, where he gained experience in selling a variety of banking products including savings, deposits, and longer term investments, as well as handling new business. In his new role, Mark is responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients along with developing new relationships.
This addition to the corporate sales team reflects the bank’s ongoing commitment to build and maintain a strong market position in the corporate sector in the Isle of Man. As Michael McKay, Managing Director explains, “This new position reflects our ongoing commitment to offshore banking and to the Isle of Man. The industry will be facing significant challenges and opportunities in the coming months and years, and I believe both Bank of Ireland and the Isle of Man are ideally placed to continue to operate successfully in this environment.”
