The team at Moore Stephens Isle of Man, leading providers of multi-sector accountancy, consultancy and wealth management services, has raised over £1,000 for charities around the Island and in the UK.

“Dress Down Days are a long-standing custom in our firm with each member of the staff contributing £1 a time but the team wanted to do something different this year to give something to as many charities as possible,” said Dawn Webb, head of Moore Stephens Business Sense, “So the team nominated 14 charities and the firm guaranteed to top each up to a minimum of £100 for a total of £1,400 this year.”

The charities chosen by the staff included Hospice Isle of Man, Rebecca House, Cancer Research UK, The RNLI, Manx Wildlife Trust, Lupus UK, Manx Welfare Society, MSPCA, Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research, Special Care Baby Unit, Manx Cancer Help, The Salvation Army, Kemryk Homeless Shelter and Silverline.

Moore Stephens Isle of Man recently introduced Business Sense ® a broad range of services available à la carte to local, Manx businesses including: accounting and payroll, accounting, HR consulting, marketing, personal wealth management and financial planning, taxation advice and compliance, VAT and business consulting, all under one roof.
